Order Processing
At Furmora Shop, every product is made especially for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-made after your order is placed, processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
During holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local government.
Furmora Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
